‘Wonderful experience!’
Location absolutely can’t be beat! Every detail was thought of in the rooms, even umbrellas for your use if needed. Tessa was easily reachable for questions. We loved it.

This BnB was so charming and in the best location. Walking distant to mostly every thing. Tessa was very accommodating and answered back fairly quickly with any questions. Room had an amazing view. And fully equipped with anything you needed. Including a portable floor fan which is always a must for me. Lol Looking forward to returning and staying here again.

Nice, clean room in a great location. Very easy check in good communication
This place is the place to stay if you want to be in the “heart” Amsterdam. It’s so nice to stay on one of the prettiest canals in Amsterdam (in our humble opinion). People watching from the beautiful windows overlooking the canal was such fun. The bed is really comfortable and wonderful linens and duvet. The room is small, but so wonderfully cozy, and we had no problem with the smallness. The bathroom is beautiful and modern. Thankyou Tessa for the wonderful stay!! We hope to be back
Lovely neighborhood along a beautiful canal. Great view. Close to so much to see and do. Excellent communication. Spotless. Nice to have earplugs as even though it is a fairly peaceful neighborhood for the heart of the city, there were still noisy people at late hours. Thank you, Tessa.
We’ve stayed at several hotels and airbnbs around Amsterdam and this was one of the best! Great spot next to canal, walking distance to everything, and best part was the neighborhood feel away from tourists!
What a location. When Tessa says ‘her canal’ is the most beautiful in Amsterdam, she is not kidding. Absolutely stunning view from the canal bridge outside her front door. I love it when you are in doubt where in the world you are when you peek out of the window. Great spot for exploring. It’s not often I have a weekend with no taxis, trams or trains. The whole city is a beautiful stroll from Tessa’s apartment. Great host too! Thoroughly recommended.
Great location blocks from Anne Frank’s house with lots of great restaurants nearby! Beautiful street with the canal and families living nearby – we felt like locals. Clean spaces, beautiful amenities and super cozy beds and linens – a true gem of a spot! Thank you!
Tessa’s place was great! It really felt like we were able to experience Amsterdam from a more local perspective than a hotel could allow for. Close enough to everything “touristy” yet secluded from the louder parts of the city.
The property is located in a very nice neighborhood of Amsterdam. In my eyes, more beautiful than the city center itself! Everything is nearby and the city center is easily accessible on foot. The apartment was very clean and nice. At night you can hear some noise from the street but since the street is very quiet it does not bother – we were able to fall asleep very well. Tessa was easily accessible and gave and good tips for the area. I can imagine coming back.
The stay was excellent, the accommodation very well located, very clean and tidy, everything very brand new, good heating, including the bathroom floor. Tessa was very attentive and responded very quickly. Would recommend!
Loved the Jordaan location and this great little canal view apartment! It was perfect for our quick weekend trip to Amsterdam, and looked just like the photos. So many cute shops, restaurants and cafes in the area. We would definitely stay here again.
We had an early flight and arrived in Amsterdam early morning. I messaged Tessa to ask if we could leave our luggage in the room until check in. She replied that our room was ready and that we could check in at anytime. I was really impressed as it meant that we could start our holiday without having to drag our cases around. Everything we did seemed to be within 20-30 minutes walk so it was a perfect location for us.
Super location – days of activities and things to see within walking distance. Then there was the canals nearby to give the classic Amsterdam experience. Tessa crafted a clean, comfortable and sensible studio that was ideal for two. Well done!
This is such a great Airbnb in the best location. Tessa provided everything needed for a short stay. Check-in/out was simple. This Airbnb definitely felt like home for the few days we were in Amsterdam!
